This is an ONLINE Only Estate Auction that has been ordered by Madison County Probate Court; Case #76785. Payment in full to the estate is required before items may be removed from the premises on Wednesday, April 12th, 2023.*
A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the highest bid to arrive at the total purchase price. Payment in full is required before purchases may be removed from the premises. Payment options: Cash, check (payable to The Estate) or credit card on file (or other card).
* A FFL background fee (and shipping fees to out-of-state buyers) will be due and payable to Mongsters Ink Reloaded, LLC before any firearm will be released.
* All firearms will be taken to Mongsters Ink Reloaded, LLC for background check and pick up. Location is 5638 Highway 53, Unit B-173 in Harvest, Alabama.
All personal property is sold 'AS-IS, Where-Is' Condition, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection on inspection date. It is each Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other qualifying factor. THIS AUCTION FEATURES AN AUTO BID EXTEND
AUCTION END TIMES: Fowler Auction's Online Auctions are timed events and all bidding will close at specified time. Fowler's Online Auctions also have an auto extend feature. When a bid is placed in the final 3 minutes of bidding, the auction bidding will be automatically extended 3 minutes from the time the bid was placed (i.e., if an auction scheduled to close at 6:00 receives a bid at 5:59, the close time will automatically extend to 6:02. The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 3 minute time frame.
SERVER, SOFTWARE TECHNICAL OR INTERNET ISSUES: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software, or any other online auction-related technologies, reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR FOWLER AUCTION & REAL ESTATE SERVICE, INC. SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON. A credit card is required to register to participate in this auction. Buyer has the option to pay with cash, check or credit card. However, if funds are not provided to Fowler Auction & Real Estate Service, Inc. within 24 hours of auction end time, the credit card used to register for this auction will be charged for the entire invoice total.
